Ricky has over 19 years of experience in several Industries. He spent 2 years in Technology companies as team leader. He also spent 7 years at Oil and Gas Industries in Exploration Division and 2 years at Automotive Industries as Marketing Manager. In 2014, Ricky started his journey in animation industries. His expertise is to managing people, legal and finance. And now Ricky was a Producer on the most successful Animated IP in Indonesia, “NUSSA”, which won the best Animation Movie at “Piala Citra 2021, Indonesia Film Festival”.

Yudi Utomo
Chief Business Officer

With a background in communication studies and years of experience in the creative industry, Yudi took a bold step in 2019 to venture into entrepreneurship. Passion for the creative industry extends beyond the realm of broadcasting. In alignment with this passion for animation, Yudi expanded the business in 2021 by founding an animation studio called HawQ Studio.

Iman Manoppo
Chief Production Officer

Involved in broadcasting and news media for 8 years. In 2016, he determined to join in animation industry. With his working experience in animation studio with reputable clients, he decided to run his own animation studio with Yudi as his partner.

Yuwandry Fajar
Studio Manager

He pursue his career in management field and Human Resources for more than 20 years in several public and private companies. He also has loads of experiences in broadcast industry, especially in music industry for more than 25 years and in charge for several popular artists, musicians and band in Indonesia.

He started his career in animation industry as HR and Operation Manager at The Little Giantz studio in 2018. In early 2021, he teamed up with the other founder to build HawQ Studio and become the Studio Manager.

Gratia Mikha
Production Manager

Worked as Animator for 6 years and involved in multiple project with different pipeline, make him familiar with project management. Starting 2021, he pursuing career as Project Manager.

He is now designs an overall schedule for a project and makes necessary adjustments if and when problems arise.

Multiple project that he’s been involved in are: Rarra the Series (2021) by The Little Giantz (as Project Manager), NUSSA series & Movie by The Little Giantz, Rabbids Invasion by Ubisoft Motion Pictures, etc.

Davin Gunawan
Animation Supervisor

Has 12 years of experience in animation industry. He is responsible to oversee and supervise all across the animation process, review the work on all stages, give feedback to animators, be a senior creative voice, nurture, develop and manage the team.

Multiple project that he’s been involved in are: Rarra the Series (2021) by The Little Giantz, “Spirit Riding Free” by Dreamworks TV series, LEGO STAR WARS " The Freemakers Adventure", etc.

M. Risnadi Misea
Animation Lead

Has 8 years of experience in this industry and being a team Lead for 6 yrs. He must provide his team with the necessary support to achieve his artistic goals, also brings his expertise both technically and artistically to complete the project.

Multiple project that he’s been involved in are: “Fancy Nancy” by Disney Television Animation, NUSSA series & Movie by The Little Giantz, LEGO STAR WARS " The Freemakers Adventure", etc.
